data at times needs to be added, deleted, and/or changed. This change

maintenance on Vender, Customer, Material, General Ledger, and Asset
data. Outsourcing this maintenance to Geus Technology ensures
maintenance will be done quickly and accurately all for a low cost.

R/3 systems already have an internal organizational structure in place
for normal day-to-day functions. Geus Technology wants to use this
existing system combined with our own to perform maintenance on Vender,
Customer, Material, General Ledger, and Asset master data.
To assist in the process of
performing maintenance on master data we will be offering a
Request/Helpdesk site, where our customer’s employees can get in
touch with members of our team assigned to that specific customer.
After undergoing internal approval, our customer can access this
Helpdesk site and contact our team to perform the maintenance.
The Request/Helpdesk Site
eliminates the need for phone, fax, or paper-based processes, which is
prone to errors.

Geus Technology has a

Our Approach at a
Glance
To implement, we will be using our customer’s current Master Data
Maintenance processes and combine those with the processes of Geus
Technology. The Request/Helpdesk site will provide a medium where our
customer’s employees can request maintenance on Vender, Customer,
Material, General Ledger, or Asset data upon internal approval from an
appointed Manager or Supervisor.
After our team has received a request from our helpdesk site, we will
respond to and perform the maintenance requested in a timely fashion.
Once Maintenance is performed the employee requesting the maintenance
can review the change ensuring the data has been maintained properly.
